Everything we offer, grouped into four areas. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Facials, skin and massage
Every facial starts with a proper look at your skin under good light and a conversation about what it’s been doing lately. From there we choose the products and the pace, so dry, wind-tired skin in a Canberra winter gets something quite different from oily skin in February.
Massage is booked in the same quiet rooms, with pressure set to suit you and adjusted whenever you ask.

- How long
- 30 to 90 minutes, including your consultation.
- How often
- Facials every 4–6 weeks, or whenever your skin needs it.
Before you come in
- Come with a clean face if you can, though we’ll cleanse properly anyway.
- Pause retinol and exfoliating acids for 3–5 days before a peel or dermaplaning.
- Tell us about any new medication, particularly for acne or skin conditions.
Aftercare
- Skip makeup for the rest of the day where you can.
- Wear SPF 50+ every morning, especially in the week after a peel.
- Avoid saunas, hard workouts and swimming for 24 hours.
- After massage, drink some water and take the rest of the day gently.

Brows, lashes and cosmetic tattoo
Brows and lashes are small details that change a whole face, so we take them slowly. We map your brows to your bone structure rather than a trend, and suggest the least we need to do to get the look you’re after.
Cosmetic tattoo is only ever booked after a consultation, so you have time to think it over.
- Suits
- Anyone wanting tidier brows, darker or lifted lashes, or longer-lasting definition.
- How long
- 15 minutes for a tidy, up to 2.5 hours for cosmetic tattoo.
- How often
- Brows every 4–6 weeks. Lash lifts every 6–8 weeks.
Before you come in
- A patch test is needed at least 48 hours before any brow or lash tint, lash lift or lash extensions. It takes five minutes and can be done any time we’re open.
- Arrive without eye makeup for lash appointments.
- Cosmetic tattoo isn’t suitable with some medications or skin conditions. We’ll go through this at your consultation.
Aftercare
- Keep lifted or extended lashes dry for 24 hours.
- Avoid brow products, sweat and steam for 24 hours after tinting or lamination.
- Cosmetic tattoo takes about two weeks to heal. You’ll go home with written aftercare.

Manicures and pedicures
Neat, long-lasting nails start with careful prep. We take our time on cuticles and shape before any colour goes on, and we’ll tell you honestly if your nails would benefit from a break from gel.
Files and buffers are single-use, and metal tools are cleaned and sterilised between every client.

- 40 to 75 minutes.
- How often
- Gel every 2–3 weeks. Pedicures every 4–6 weeks.
Before you come in
- If you have gel or acrylic on from elsewhere, mention it when booking so we can allow time for removal.
- Wear open shoes to a pedicure if you’re having classic polish.
Aftercare
- Classic polish takes a few hours to fully set, so go gently with your hands.
- Use cuticle oil daily to keep gel from lifting.
- Please don’t pick or peel gel. Come back for a proper removal instead.

Waxing, spray tan and makeup
Waxing, spray tanning and makeup, done calmly and without fuss. We use warm hard wax on sensitive areas, a light tanning solution that develops to a natural colour, and makeup that looks like you on a very good day.
Bridal makeup always includes a trial, so there are no surprises on the morning.

- Regular waxing clients, anyone with an event coming up, and brides and their families.
- How long
- 10 minutes to 1.5 hours.
- How often
- Waxing every 4–6 weeks.
Before you come in
- Hair needs to be about 5mm long for waxing. Skip exfoliating and tanning on the day.
- Exfoliate and shave 24 hours before a spray tan, and arrive without moisturiser, deodorant or makeup.
- For makeup, arrive with clean, moisturised skin and your hair already done if you can.
Aftercare
- After waxing, avoid heat, sun and tight clothing for 24 hours.
- After a spray tan, wear loose, dark clothing and keep dry until your rinse time.
- Bridal bookings are held with a deposit, which comes off your final price.

All prices are in AUD and include GST. Treatment times include a short consultation. We ask for 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment; late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a fee of 50% of the treatment price. A patch test is required at least 48 hours before lash or brow tinting, lash lifts and lash extensions.
